Personally, I don't think we should really change anything about the adviser. Here's what we have now, and I think it's fine:

--The adviser's purpose is to aid officials in decision-making.
--The adviser can request any sort of information/report regarding regional government and governmental affairs.
--The adviser must come attempt to produce the best answer he or she can for an official that asks for aid.

That's what the adviser's job is right now; I really don't think anything needs to change about it. Thoughts/ideas?

Yeah, that's pretty much all there is.

If you want to add something else to the mix, you could have a council of advisers, with three people serving on it. That way, it will not be like in the movies or literature, where the adviser assassinates the leader. (Not that anybody here would do that, but so it would seem less like that to other regions).

I believe that the advisor is fine as is.

Ok, then, since Gatito suggested the idea, I suppose we'll decide on it.

Vote:

Option 1: The Adviser becomes a three-person council for collective wisdom on decisions.
Option 2: The adviser remains a single elected official.

Any other ideas will be added as options to this vote.

I vote option 2. Things will be simpler that way; I don't think anyone used the adviser enough to support more than a single person in office.

I vote option 2 for the same reason as GROSS.

Option two.
I only proposed the idea to give some extra suggestions in the mix.

Okay, more than half of us who are participating have voted for option two, so we'll go ahead with that. We'll move on to the next topic now; the adviser will remain the same.
