Halcyon Arms Storefront - Doors Open! (10% off for IWU)
User Note: Being Active Duty US Navy it is foreseeable that in the near future that I will be unable to respond and authorize purchases, potentially for months at a time.
Also, being that I am based in Japan, do not expect immediate responses while I am in port.
During these times when I am noted not to be posting, I will allow nations be lent products provided they do not fall under the categories of Authoritarian or Tyrannical. Nations may "rent" no more than two of each ship type, two hundred of each aircraft and land vehicle, and five thousand of each firearm, as a "testing period" until purchase can be authorized, which will be for a 5% discount for items which were being tested.
At Halcyon Arms, our goal is to provide quality products - not flashy, not showy, not pretty, but quality. If it looks good, that's just the cherry-on-top. From first pen on paper to last stroke of preservative paint, our technicians know that lives are on the line, and most started their career with their lives dependent Halcyon products on the front lines. Halcyon strives for quality; reliability, longevity, and high performance are constantly pushed to the limits, perfection as a constant goal. As such, mass orders may take time to be delivered, but the result product is one soldiers can rely on to save their lives, from ever ejection seat down to every last bullet. Halcyon Technicians take pride in that, globally, they can save lives with the turn of a wrench.

Designed for low-level flight, most less than 50 feet from the surface of the water, the Kraken, being a biplane design for the additional lift, fuel efficiency and maneuverability, is meant as a Wing In Ground Effect Vehicle. At maximum load, the F/AS-26 cannot rise above 150ft in altitude. Foregoing some of it's payload, it can operate as a ground-attack aircraft or a fighter.
It's primary goal is to support fleet operations and assault enemy naval vessels.
The Kraken is meant to be launched by being lifted by crane into the water, where it performs a waterborne takeoff. It can, however, perform takeoffs and landings from flightdecks of carriers in various sea conditions.
As a flarecraft, the Kraken can, while in Wing In Ground Effect status, hold a payload that is considerably more enormous and heavy than that of other aircraft. As a result, it is suitable for holding large anti-ship missiles, which it launches dorsally.
While low to the water, utilizing flaps to help with low-altitude lift and control as well as using it's vectored thrust capabilities, the Kraken can "walk" on water and lower a pair of probes into the water, allowing it to use Active and Passive sonar, primarily in the forward direction, to hunt for subsurface targets, which it can then kill via torpedoes. During this process, extensive use of altitude-limiting software is utilized.
The Kraken can also perform anti-submarine warfare duties while floating in the water and with assistance from ASW helos.

Designed to replace other utility helicopters, the surprisingly stable Dragon dwarfs most other helicopters, mainly in girth. It can even handle small vehicles in it's bay, provided the seating is removed or folded up. Needless to say, when supporting or transporting troops for ground combat missions, it makes an easy target. This aspect was sighted early on, and to counter RPG and other shoulder-mounted Anti-Air fire, it supports an enhanced TROPHY system, able to counter anything that might fire at it from the sides or below, though the top is still somewhat vulnerable from closer distances.
It maintains enough personal weaponry within it's bays to clear out any SAM or Anti-Air sites on it's initial entry, as well as having it's 25mm chain gun for any enemy personnel that might stand in it's way, which is able to track nearly as fast as the gunner can move his head to target with it.
With the advent of improved digital systems relieving much of the load of the operators, the gunner and crew chief both act as Electronic Warfare specialists as well, able to defend against enemy vehicles and SAMs.
For carrier operations, the AUV-50 Dragon can also maintain a good deal of the carrier's necessary Carrier On-Board Delivery Operators, though it's range is not as extensive as previous aircraft; new models are in the works for the UV-50B, which will cover such needs, as well as Midair Refueling, and an EV-50B, which will cover Midair Refueling and AWACS needs.

The Shrike was designed to be the leading edge of the new-age cutting-edge fighters. Stealth, vectored thrust, heavy firepower, enhanced communication, and range. The Shrike was designed to give it all without a sweat.
Able to operate as a "swarm," each fighter transmitting it's own data to the others via UHF, such that an entire squadron can operated, albeit with limitations, without an AWACS.
Each fighter is designed to, as well, work in coordination with a UCAV; the Weapon Systems Officer also works to control the UCAV, automation giving him and the pilot more than enough control of their own aircraft.
As for stealth, the F/A-53 utilizes the lessons learned from multitudes of other aircraft. The tail fins disperse the heat plumes from the engines, which is already shielded by the fuselage of the aircraft from the ground to prevent SAMs from getting a fix on the fighter.
Using fly-by-wire, the fighter is most superb at vertically oriented maneuvers, with it's wing's control surfaces being in-line with the engines, as well as being located behind the center of gravity.

The Thorn was started as a individual fighter program, but when the F/A-52 Shrike was in it's final stages, both program owners realizes that the WSO of the Shrike was not fully tasked, with the pilot being capable of far almost every function of the fighter itself. Along with the "swarm" capabilities of both fighters, allowing for maximum tight-band, encrypted communications and data-link between their fellow aircraft, they realized that the Shrike's WSO could easily control the Thorn, so certain adjustments were made.
The Thorn can act as it's own individual air power as originally designed, however, often works as a supplement to the F/A-52 in combat, allowing for a fighter pilot to coordinate as best as possible with his own wingman - who is sitting right behind him. The Thorn takes the brunt of the combat, allowing for the F/A-52 to make the final kill, with the more maneuverable QFA-56 to risk itself instead.

- Description:
- The Citadel-class sports a center-line tower, allowable by it's added girth in comparison to other carriers, though the tower, though long, still maintains itself as being a couple dozen feet wider than an elevator. Inside both the fore and aft ends of the tower are aircraft elevators, reinventing the concept of internal elevators, dropped after WWII due to the interruption of flight-deck space; rather, now, sacrificing tower-space. The added two elevators are necessary in assisting in moving aircraft about the flight deck during Flight-Operations (FLOPS), taking into consideration the ability to land twice as many aircraft as a typical carrier while also launching the same volume as it's predecessors. These covered elevators also provide an added degree of protection from both enemy munitions and prying eyes, allowing for normal flight-deck preparations to be performed relatively outdoors and rapidly launching the aircraft from a safe location, in the event of war, high-seas, or a black-operation.
In addition, each of the external elevators sports a crane which can reach as far out as seventy-feet from the edges of the boat, and as far in as near the center-line of the carrier, where cargo can be rapidly transported by internal ceiling-bound cranes or mobile cranes. The crane's support arms are imbedded beneath the flight-deck, fixing it in place. In the event of a failure of the primary and secondary hydraulic locomotive drives of the elevators, the crane can act as a tertiary lift, albeit slow.
The Tumblehome bow, sterns shape, and trimaran hull lends the carrier to be more stable than average in high seas, allowing for FLOPs in more treacherous conditions; and overall, leads to a smaller profile, smaller wake, and smaller RADAR profile.
The largest innovation seen in the Citadel is a jump in it's propulsion plant technology. While still a Liquid Metal-Cooled Thermal Reactor, the rest of the plant is a no-steam plant; it utilizes thermocouples, photovoltaics, and the like to remove heat from the reactor plant and power the ship; giving extra space for an additional reactor plant.
Each reactor is capable of both propelling the ship and launching the EMALS catapults, however, for both maximum speed and launching all cats at once, higher-power output from both reactors must be achieved, leaving a third to act as a backup; All three reactors, designed to work together, can easily achieve maximum efficiency reactor power, leading to an overall reduction in fuel usage, or, at the very least, an enhanced ability for reactor department personnel to train throughout the day without interrupting ship's operations.
The Citadel-class operates it's Combat Systems via a Module-organization:
Module-Accipiter: Pri-Fly Radar
Module-Bastian: Point Defense & Sensory
Module-Cutlass: Vertical Missile Launch
Module-Dagger: Sonar/Anti-Submarine
Module-Echelon: Fleet Command/Communication
Module-Firefly: Flight Control RADAR/Non-Pri-Fly
Module-Gold: Overwatch/Lookout/Surface Scan RADAR
Module-Hazard: CBR
Module-Intelligence: Communication
Module-Justice: Non-RADAR Sensory
Module-Katana: Flight Coordination
Each of the above modules, located throughout the ship, can perform base communication functions, and most can perform base sensory functions.

- Features:
BLAC (Bay, Launch And Recovery)-
-To solve the issue of at-sea recovery of RHIBs via the fantail, the Fortknight solves this issue with a more advanced fantail design. A ramp is lowered below the waterline, which allows for safe recovery of RHIBs , along with a reduced wake due to a triangular-trimaran hull design.
For especially dangerous seas, the aft of the fantail can actually be raised to allow for increased vertical clearance.
Reactor: The Liquid Metal Cooled Thermal Reactor design, along with advanced thermocouples and photovoltaic cells, means that the entire engine-room and much of the machinery room of previous ships is rendered obsolete.
Flight Deck/Helipad: The helipads of the Fortknight are placed in front of the superstructure around them to reduce airflow disturbances to allow for recovery of aircraft in higher than usual sea-states.

16 (8 PORT/STBD) Passive Countermeasures

Deployment:
2 ASDS (Internal Bay)
1 ASDS (External Mount)
- Description:
- The primary purpose of the Legacy is to support and defend special forces troops in near-ocean waters. In addition to mission-modular VLS tubes, the Legacy sports a state-of-the-arts communication and reconnaissance suite, as well as the same dual-mini-sub bay and lockout chamber as the previous Halcyon Block III, as well as the external mounting capabilities, allowing for the deployment of three full squads as well as assisting in coordinating them with UAVs launched from the VLS tubes and it's extensive electronic warfare capabilities.
The Legacy itself still maintains the ability to go toe-to-toe with other attack subs, priding itself in stealth and first-strike capability, and the agility and countermeasures to get out of trouble, if not the ability to match torpedo-for-torpedo with only six tubes.
Stealth, for the Legacy, is a three part system. Like all modern submarines, it uses sound isolation and shock mounts on all equipment. Foremost, the outer skin is relatively smooth, thanks to having a secondary skin covering up all equipment which would protrude, filled with a foam-gel mixture designed to absorb impact as well as assist in preventing the vessel from being crushed.
Second is the acoustic-feedback system, a multi-tiered system designed to both negate incoming sonar as well as emit ambient-like noises to mask itself.
Third, as well as least well known, is Bernoulli-hump negating. The skin of the Legacy, in combination with small pumps and tubes throughout the vessel, allows water to flow around the vessel with less of a pressure difference, negating the Bernoulli-hump caused by the ship's natural movement through water in coordination with it's displacement.
When all else fails, the aft end of the Legacy's sail and midsection of the hull underneath it is detachable, ejecting itself as an escape pod, easily mannable by the forward end of the ship (the "Coners") via natural access routes, and for those in the propulsion spaces (the "Nukes") the Reactor Compartment overhead accessway and a torpedo scoot from the upper aft angled towards the torpedo bay. The pod, holding a decent amount of supplies, racks, and communications equipment of the ship, is barely large enough for all personnel, but is equipped with inflatable rafts and stabilizers for extended stay, as well as part of the boat's reverse osmosis desalinization plant, ensuring long term survival of the crew.
The S10W2 LCTR Reactor Plant is a signficant upgrade from the S10W LCTR on the Halcyon-class Block III submarine. While the core itself is similar - though a bit more reliable - the S10W2 involves all lessons learn from it's predecessor. Virtually no support systems are used, and the reactor is cooled by conduction/convection heat transfer of seawater to the outside of the reactor vessel for emergency situations, but primarily by a vast number of high-efficiency thermocouples, rendering the entire steam-production aspect of all other reactor plants obsolete. Once heated to operating temperature, thermal driving head is maintained in order to keep the reactor plant itself entirely quiet; absolutely no sound is produced.
With the elimination of the Machinery Room and Engine Room of other submarines, a second S10W reactor plant was able to be installed, as well as expanded berthing compartments, supply, and the ability to house more special forces units, including an additional ASDS.
The propulsor set is made up of a series of internalized step-DC-powered pumps, both positive displacement and centrifugal, eliminating noise produced by traditional props, as well as allowing the submarine to go faster without cavitating.
Despite being able to have a SONAR view behind itself, as the lack of propeller and engine room now allow for such, it still maintains a pair of towed-sonar array/decoys for redundancy.
By far the craziest addition to the submarine - taken is the Liquid Hydrogen Booster System (LIHBS), which takes water from the two reactor's shield tank that has radiolidically decomposed and separates it out via centrifuge, sending oxygen into the machinery and conn spaces, and trapping hydrogen with a cooling tank, where it is cooled until a liquid, and further subcooled. During tactical situations, this liquid hydrogen is run through channels in and around the reactor, acting as a high-efficiency moderator, vastly increasing it's capable output power, allowing for an "overdrive." The LIHBS system can only be maintained for a limited time to prevent damaging the core of the reactor itself.

With the elimination of the Machinery Room and Engine Room of other submarines, a second S10W reactor plant was able to be installed, as well as expanded berthing compartments, supply, and the ability to house more special forces units, including an additional ASDS.
Personnel numbers would have been lowered from the Block II class due to the enhanced technology, save for the added reactor plant needing additional nukes to operate it.
The propulsor set is made up of a series of internalized step-DC-powered pumps, both positive displacement and centrifugal, eliminating noise produced by traditional props, as well as allowing the submarine to go faster without cavitating.
The Block III is kept quiet by a battery of acoustic dampeners, absorbing noise to prevent it bouncing off of the hull, and augmented by yet another series of ambient-noise generators, which analyze the surrounding ambient noise and generator their own similar noises well enough to fool even computer sonar-listeners - thus ridding the worry of sub commanders about becoming "a hole of silence in the ocean."
Despite being able to have a SONAR view behind itself, as the lack of propeller and engine room now allow for such, it still maintains a pair of towed-sonar array/decoys for redundancy.
From the back half of the conning tower down to the bottom of the hull is a very large escape pod, which is able to be sealed and ejected from the rest of the hull to allow for a last-ditch escape should the submarine be compromised. It houses much of the berthing and food-storage spaces.
By far the craziest addition to the submarine is the Liquid Hydrogen Booster System (LIHBS), which takes water from the two reactor's shield tank that has radiolidically decomposed and separates it out via centrifuge, sending oxygen into the machinery and conn spaces, and trapping hydrogen with a cooling tank, where it is cooled until a liquid, and further subcooled. Halcyon Light Arms
M-41A2 TAFIR
Tactical All Function Infantry Rifle
- Spoiler:
Unit Cost:
--SIR/DMR/CAR: $3000 NSD
--Commando: $1800 NSD
DPR: $5bil NSD
Description:
- Spoiler:
- The M41A2 TAFIR is an improvement over the original, making the system overall more streamlined, lightweight, slightly more ergonomic, and more accurate. The weapons all feature a dual-side-mounted charging handle rather than the top, and do away with the the built-in handle. In addition to improved and more natural air-cooling channels, the entire weight of each weapon has dropped from the original. The handle has been brought back and partly remodeled, and the head-rest improved for ergonomics. The gas-line redirect has been moved forward on the weapons, save for the Commando, in order to prevent from redirecting the gas too early, improving the accuracy and power of each rifle; the improved flash suppressor also improves it's stealth. The SIR and Carbine models are shown with new holographic sights with an adjustable zoom.
All weapons now come with built-in flip-up sights to improve reliability. The Carbine, SIR, and DMR all retain their inter-weapon mission customization.

M-41A1 TAFIR
Tactical All Function Infantry Rifle
- Spoiler:
Unit Cost:
--SIR/DMR/CAR: $2500 NSD
--Commando: $1400 NSD
--Defender: $1100 NSD
DPR: $4.5bil
Description:
- Spoiler:
- The M-41 TAFIR System comes as a multi-function rifle, aimed at standardizing primary weapons across the board when it comes to combat. Combining high-power with light-weight polymers and metals, the system can deliver a one-two punch reliably no matter what the condition it's placed in. In the off chance a part should fail, critical parts are easily interchangeable throughout the entire M-41 family.
The standard M-41 receiver can modified according to mission necessity, allowing for easy on-the-go variability, accommodating any platoon's needs.
The bullpup design means that each model has a power not normally associated with a weapon it's size; even the M-41D, the size of a machine-pistol, is able to deliver the same kinetic energy of a carbine or smaller rifle, with devastating effects.
To compensate for recoil, the TAFIR uses a system closer to the KRISS Super-V; the same system as used in the MX VARIC. The recoil is directed not directly to the body of the gun, rather, to a pair of pistons, which, in assistance with the gases, is forced forward and slightly up, one in front and one aft of the firing chamber, nullifying the recoil of the weapon, allowing the shooter to place nearly every round within a very tight space.
The M-41K and M-41D only use one of these pistons, and so their recoil is not as well compensated for. Despite this, both still attain an accuracy and stability practically unheard of.
For easy large-scale use and simplification of parts, every gun is ambidextrous, using a charging-hand just above and in front of the head-rest, allowing both left-handed and right-handed users to reload and cock the weapon effortlessly, without ever having to move their primary hand.
Each and every helical flattened magazine comes with a nylon strap, allowing it to comfortably be moved from it's carrying pouch, and the design allows them to be stored easily, as well as to be non-cumbersome for soldiers to carry.
Each weapon features semi-automatic and fully-automatic fire, and can be opened for basic cleaning with nothing more than a standard round. For more extensive cleaning, Allen wrenches are required. They may be stored inside and just below the carrying-handle assembly on most rifles.
All weapons come with folding ironsights, which are completely adjustable and removable. All attachments shown are not required to be purchased.
M-41A1 SIR
Standard Infantry Rifle
- Spoiler:
- Caliber: 6.8x43mm SPC Remington
Effective Range: 700 yards (900 yards with optics)
Rate of Fire: 800 rounds per minute
Weight: 7.8lbs
Magazine: 60 Round Flattened Helical Magazine
Operation: Gas Operated, Super V
Features: Picatinny Rail System, Mission-customization
Selective Fire: Semi-automatic, Fully Automatic
The M-41 SIR was the original inception of the TAFIR series. Meant for medium-range combat, the SIR is even capable of being used by marksmen for long-ranges, and by the combat-capable, closer ranges. Meant for street-urban combat and the rural battlefield, the M-41 SIR uses the standard TAFIR receiver, allowing it to be switched to the Carbine or the DMR, depending on what the unit needs.
It utilizes an 20 inch barrel and the larger 60-round magazine, allowing this weapon to even be used as Squad-Automatic Weapon, and can mount banana, box, and even Beta-C magazines, so long as they use the 6.8mm SPC round. In addition to the Picatinny Rails, this gives the SIR the most versatility of any of the five variants in the TAFIR family.
Here it is shown with a Holographic sight for short/medium ranged combat.
When purchased, the M-41 SIR is packaged with the M-41 CAR and M-41 DMR.
M-41A1 CAR
Carbine
- Spoiler:
- Caliber: 6.8x43mm SPC Remington
Effective Range: 600 yards (700 yards with optics)
Rate of Fire: 800 rounds per minute
Weight: 6.8lbs
Magazine: 60 Round Flattened Helical Magazine
Operation: Gas Operated, Super V
Features: Picatinny Rail System, Mission-customization
Selective Fire: Semi-automatic, Fully Automatic
The M-41 Carbine owes it's conception to urban combat and the M-41 SIR. Built on the same receiver for pre-mission swapping, The Carbine assembly lightens the load and shortens the barrel length from 20 inches to 14 inches, much of that inside the original assembly, making the carbine rather sort, and capable of being used more like a sub-machine gun, as much of it's weight is above or begin the grip, making pivoting the weapon rather easy, and suitable for close-ranged combat and medium ranged combat alike. Using the same 60-round magazine as the SIR, it can also mount the same auxiliary magazines.
Here it is shown with a T-pod Forward Grip/Bipod, collapsed and unfolded; the same unit as shown on the DMR.
When purchased, the M-41 CAR is packaged with the M-41 SIR and M-41 DMR.
M-41 DMR
Designated Marksman's Rifle
- Spoiler:
- Caliber: 6.8x43mm SPC Remington
Effective Range: 1250 yards (1500 yards with optics)
Rate of Fire: 800 rounds per minute
Weight: 8.8lbs
Magazine: 60 Round Flattened Helical Magazine
Operation: Gas Operated, Super V
Features: Picatinny Rail System, Mission-customization
Selective Fire: Semi-automatic, Fully Automatic
Designed entirely for long range, the M-41 DMR can also be used for medium-ranged combat as needed. Using the same receiver as the Standard Infantry Rifle, the DMR assembly allows a shooter to extend his barrel length from 20 inches to 26 inches for mission necessity, giving traditional heavy-barrel accuracy, stability, and the long-rifle range to any rifleman should he need it. Like the SIR and Carbine, it uses a 60-round magazine and is capable of mounting the same magazines as the SIR.
Here it is shown with an ACOG x4 scope and the same T-pod Forward Grip/Bipod, here extended and folded for bi-pod use. The ACOG scope featured also utilizes a smaller ironsight on top for necessary closer-ranged use on-the-fly.
M-41A1K
Commando
- Spoiler:
- Caliber: 6.8x43mm SPC Remington
Effective Range: 500 yards (600 yards with optics)
Rate of Fire: 750 rounds per minute
Weight: 5.8lbs
Magazine: 35 Round Flattened Helical Magazine
Operation: Gas Operated, Super V
Features: Picatinny Rail System, Mission-customization
Selective Fire: Semi-automatic, Fully Automatic
The Commando is meant for Special Forces use, as it is much smaller and even capable of fitting in smaller business luggage. It is primarily meant for short-ranged use, but retains accuracy at up to medium-ranged distances. It only uses one compensator-piston, meaning that it's sustained-fire accuracy is not as good as the SIR, DMR, or Carbine, but it's single piston does lend it to still be deadly when used in fully-automatic style. It's magazine only carries 35-rounds, however, it can still mount the Beta-C magazines, Banana magazines, and box-magazines.
The M-41K is, unfortunately, less compatible to the mainstream three rifles, as some of it's parts are different in style; most are the same, but the rifle itself is designed to be more compact.
Here it is shown with a silencer.
M-41A1D
Defender
- Spoiler:
- Caliber: 6.8x43mm SPC Remington
Effective Range: 200 yards
Rate of Fire: 750 rounds per minute
Weight: 4.8lbs
Magazine: 25 Round Flattened Helical Magazine
Operation: Gas Operated, Super V
Features: Picatinny Rail System, Mission-customization
Selective Fire: Semi-automatic, Fully Automatic
Designed for vehicle-crews, survival weapon, and even as a sidearm for those ambitious enough to want it, the M-41D Defender is the ultimate Personal Defense Weapon. Meant to give an edge to any crewmen needing to ward off a swarm of enemies, it uses at 25-round magazine. It is meant only for close-range, though, does maintain a decent amount of accuracy at medium range, thanks to the compensating piston and bullpup design.
When purchased, the M-41D is packaged with the M-41K.

MX VARIC
Variable Assault Rifle, Caseless
- Spoiler:
Unit Cost: $4100 NSD
DPR: $7bil
Description:
- Spoiler:
- The MX is a production line of initially experimental rifles that saw success in combat. They are best suited when supply lines are readily available, or for shorter missions. Ideally suited for PMCs and strike missions, the MX VARIC is relatively high maintenance. Reliable, it shows to have problems in waves. Known to last months in the field without any problem, if not taken care of they can begin to show problems in folds. While not prone to breaking in and of themselves, their Variation mechanism is prone to jamming in sandy environments.
The MX VARIC's novelty is that it functions as both a closer range Assault Rifle suitable for urban combat as well as a longer range assault rifle and Designated Marksman's Rifle. By "unlocking" the barrel, the weapon is prevented from firing by a series of interlocks, and then the barrel can be pulled out and "relocked," which ensures a complete seal as the otherwise extraneous parts of the barrel lock in around the new segmented areas.

MP-14 SAMPAC
Slide Action MachinePistol, Ambidextrous
- Spoiler:
Unit Cost: $1300 NSD
DPR: $1.9bil NSD
Description:
- Spoiler:
- MP-14 SAMPAC (Slide-Action MachinePistol, Ambidextrous, Caseless)
Caliber: 4.8 x 42mm Caseless
Effective Range: 250 yards (Retracted), 300 yards (Extended)
Rate of Fire: 700 rounds per minute
Weight: 4.5lbs
Magazine: 35 rounds (2x Magazines loadable)
Operation: Gas Operated, Super V
Features: TacLight/TacLaser, Sliding Action, Forward Handgrip, Picatinny Rail, Removable (Picatinny) Ironsights
Selective Fire: Semi-automatic, Fully Automatic
Description: The Super-V Gas Operated firing system is contained within the stock of the weapon, allowing for minimum recoil, and when extended and shouldering the SAMP, almost no recoil is felt, and the entire 70 rounds from both magazines can be emptied into a single one-inch diameter hole effectively, given a skilled shooter. Being caseless, the weapon is easily ambidextrous, and still maintains a massive punch seen in many rifles.
The main "body" of the gun slides along the barrel assembly via rails and interlocks, allowing for the weapon to be sturdy and durable. To adjust for the trigger being on the sliding body, the trigger-pull is electrically send to the firing chamber, via shielded wire to negate EMP, to both reduce weight and ensure flawless firing.
To aid in control of the weapon, the barrel and firing assembly are kept low, as close to the hand and arm of the firer as possible. These barrels are easily swapped for silenced barrels.
To prevent running out of battery power, both for the electrical signal, as well as the TacLight and TacLaser found in the front of the gun, the trigger also depresses a crystal as a piezoelectric generator; a second is found in the front-handle, so swinging it up and down further helps to charge four internal battery packs found throughout the gun, without having the discharge the weapon.
The external side of the barrel is slotted to aid in cooling, and vents are found on the sides of the case of the weapon as well.

Order Receipt

To whom it may concern,
We have received your order.
(2) Citadel-Class Supercarriers
Subtotal Cost:
$10.2Billion
(10,200,000,000)
As we hope you will understand, due to the recent influx of orders for our Citadel-class carriers, we do not presently have any on our "Ready-to-Deliver" status, though, we did recently launch several hulls. Due to the nature of their nuclear plants, however, this should represent a non-issue. We require that your nuclear technicians study under ours/the Pharthan Navies at their training commands for a cycle, as your nation presently does not possess any of our A3H Cores on which to train. We will, however, make an effort to not delay the delivery; the Pharthan Navy is prepared to send several hundred sailors on TAD (Temporarily Assigned Duty) with your Navy to allow usage of these carriers while ensuring utmost reactor-plant-safety. The Halcyon Arms and Pharthan Navy Nuclear Technicians have the highest rated Nuclear Safety Record in the region, with zero Reactor Accidents and a minimal number of Nuclear Incidents.
We can, for an additional $1.2 Bil, send you both an A3H Core and a pair of Training Platforms on which to train your future sailors. Otherwise, we have sufficient room at our training commands to accomodate a Cross-Training program between our nations for the continued staffing of your reactor plants.

Halycon Arms:
Regarding our previous order, we wish to no longer pursue this avenue. His Lordship has decreed that as much as we would like to have carriers in our fleet, nuclear anything, is not something to which he desires.
What we do wish though, is a quotation for 50 of everything in your auxillaries section (bar the liferafts).
Please quote accordingly.

Re: Halcyon Arms Storefront - Doors Open! (10% off for IWU)
((OOC: This is going to require a bit more OOC discussion than usual. I don't have the time to design all those, though we theoretically could supply them; Halcyon Shipyards has more than the capabilities to deliver such an order.
Problem is, I don't have the capability to supply my own designs for one. Personally I'd say go with the Legacy class for the sub you want, since it's incredible versatile and gives you a wider range of possibility, and it is designed for littoral ops. Though it's considerably nuclear, though - and take it from someone who works on reactor safety for a living - it's about as safe as you get. Oh, your primary coolant is leaking? (Which on most reactors is the worst day you can ever have, as in, Chernobyl bad) No problem. Fixes itself. No welding required.
The CIWS bit is no problem at all.
As for Seaplane Tender, I'd again just suggest the Citadel class carrier, since it does have internal, horizontal-travel cranes that can carry aircraft from the hangar bay to the water inbetween the outrigger and main hull, which the Kraken Flarecraft utilizes.)

(648) Mk 67 SLMM - $1.2 Billion
(4) Halcyon-class Block II - $10.4 Billion
Total: $14.272 Billion
Beyond that, each sailor we train will cost approximately $500,000, to include officers. We can have your weapons delivered within the week, however, it will take quite some time to train your sailors on the use of the Halcyon-class.
Thank you for your purchase,
V/R

Unfortunately, we cannot quite meet your request as you require, however, will do what we can to make things go as smoothly as possible:
- Our facilities can train six-hundred (approx), save for the nuclear personnel, within a matter of two months on a rotational basis, adding another six-hundred every two weeks, so that by the time the first six hundred are trained there will be a full 1,200 going through our training pipelines. All officers and nuclear personnel must attend our nuclear training schools.
- The Nuclear training schools will be considerably more rigorous. We will screen your sailors for competency to ensure little money or time is wasted on the part of both parties. Those well trained in the nuclear field may require as little as 6 months. Those who have no experience may not be properly trained for two years (though Pharthan has records of the well educated and extremely apt, rare individuals can complete the entire training course from having no nuclear experience in as little as one year). We can accommodate all nuclear operators immediately. Typical attrition rate is 50%.
- The Halcyon-class Block II subs, not frequently purchased, presently have to start up their reactors and finish a small maintenance period. We estimate ten days for the delivery of the submarines. Unfortunately your nuclear operators will not be competent by this point in time, so Halcyon Arms and Pharthan will allow our operators to join the subs under your command for training purposes only. Keep in mind that these operators have practical "override authority," as they can immediately stop all power from being generated. The submarines are not to enter unwelcome waters or armed conflict until they are entirely under Alunyan control.
- If you are at all considering purchase of any of our other vessels we can begin training your sailors to cut down on the delivery-and-control time. (we recommend the Templar-class destroyer) (LINK)
- The weapon prices will be fixed as requested. Those able to be mounted on the Halcyon submarines may be, if you request, to cut deliver costs. We will waive shipping costs provided that our aircraft making the delivery will receive a (free) full tank of gas upon arrival, considering the size of the order. Most of these will be able to be delivered long before you have use of the submarines.
- We do supply non-nuclear patrol vessels if you require them.
