RMB Topic Overseer

This topic is dedicated to the discussion of the RMB Topic Overseer.

To begin, I actually think we have little need for a Topic Overseer. There isn't really any necessity for a middle man; the delegate/founder has administrative powers, and so everything that the Overseer decides has to be implemented by the delegate or founder. As a result, I propose all duties that pertain to the RMB be given to the delegate and that we disband the position of RMB Topic Overseer.

Really, I think that the overseer should be the delegate, and they will simply adjust the topic to fit according to what people are talking about on the RMB.
Its even more informal than the RP arbitrators.

Seeing how I am the current RMB Topic Overseer I guess I should chip in my opinion of its usefulness. 

We should probably scrap the position to be honest, if I had control of the board somehow, that would be a different story, but I don't. However we should continue to have a topic of the day, that anyone can shout out, since as an individual it is hard to constantly think of new interesting topics each day.

Yeah, the topics should develop on their own.

Yes, there's no reason that we should do away with the Topic of the Day. And, Gatito, that is essentially what I meant; simply through the admin powers, the delegate already is and should be the RMB Overseer; with regard to that, we should simply do away with the RMb Overseer as a formal government position.

I agree. Let's dissolve the position but still keep the topic of the day.
