This topic is for the discussion of the interregional vice-president.

Here is my idea for the VP:
--He/she will be appointed by the president.
--The VP will serve as the vote counter for the upper house of the legislature (my idea for the legislature is a bicameral one).
--The VP will appoint the vote-counter of the lower house of the legislature once the representatives to it have been elected.
--The VP will serve as the adviser to the president if necessary.
--The VP would take over the presidency for the remainder of the term in the event of the president becoming inactive or leaving.

Thoughts?
