Hello fellow nations of the IWU. I'm Nica Elston, Rocopurr's President since 2011.

Rocopurr is a small yet prosperous series of islands in need of a home. After an elecion we've decided to join the IWU because of your size, diversity, and overall appealing atmosphere.
